摘要

20世纪早期，伴随着马来西亚华人社会与华文教育的发展，众多中国传统文人与书家接踵南来，产生了本地华人社会的南来文化发展高峰期，流行于中国书坛的魏碑书风亦随之在本地产生了流传与影响。其中，供职于本地华文教育界的南来书家孔翔泰，其魏碑书风对中国晚清至民国早期的魏碑书风有所追随，亦具有其间架宽博，掺入“颤笔”等个人风格特征，深受当时华人各界的青睐，通过华文教育、文人交往、民间匾额等方式推动了魏碑书风在本地的流传与影响，堪为同时代南来魏碑书家代表人物。本文以孔翔泰的魏碑书风为研究中心，辐射至同时代南来文人与书家群体的魏碑书风，在本地文史资料与书家作品的基础之上，使用田野调查法、华文书法艺术风格分析方法，对20 世纪早期魏碑书风在马来西亚的流传与影响进行较为深入的探析。

Abstract

In the early 20th century, with the development of Malaysian Chinese society and Chinese language education, many traditional Chinese literati and calligraphers came one after another, creating a peak period of cultural development in the local Chinese society. The Wei Bei calligraphy style, which was popular in the Chinese calligraphy world, also spread and influenced locally. Among them, Kong Xiang Tai, a calligrapher from China who worked in the local Chinese education industry, followed the style of Wei Bei calligraphy from the late Qing Dynasty to the early Republic of China. He also had a broad framework and incorporated personal style features such as "trembling pens", which was highly favored by the Chinese community at that time. Through Chinese education, literary exchanges, and folk plaques, he promoted the spread and influence of Wei Bei calligraphy in the local area, and can be regarded as a representative figure of Wei Bei style calligraphers who came from China at the same time. This article takes Kong Xiang Tai's Wei Bei style as the primary focus, radiating to the Wei Bei style of literati and calligraphers from China at the same time. Based on local cultural and historical materials and calligraphers' works, field investigation and analysis of Chinese calligraphy art styles are used to conduct a more in-depth analysis of the transmission and influence of Wei Bei style in Malaysia in the early 20th century.
